In this section of the website, we post the thoughts and theories that we are having about Gravity Falls. Members of the Meow Men and viewers of the website are both able to submit things, but only the Meow Men leaders can post things on this website.

Thoughts about viewer's comments about Stan:

Many people will say that Stan is a lovable great uncle (grunkle) who is hiding something. Some people just mention one or the other, or even both. For example, they will say that Stan is not a lovable Gruncle, but he is hiding something, that he is just pretending to care for the kids when others are around. I too used to think that. But as I was watching a re-run of episode two (Legend of the Gobblewonker), I realised that what many people say is true. Even when Wendy isn't there and Soos isn't there and the kids aren't there, Stan cares about the kids even when they're not around. If anything, he cares about the kids least when they are there, because when they come back to his fishing boat, he tries to act like he didn't care that they were gone. However, the whole thing about hiding something is true. For these people who haven't seent he first episode; watch it! Because I bet at least half of the people who haven't watched the first epsidoe don't think Stan is hiding anything. Think again.

Thoughts about Robbie:

I had some thoughts about Robbie. Not only is he the only teen not to get harmed in the haunted convienence store, but it was HIS idea to lay down in the chalk outlines, which releases the spirits. He constantly puts down Dipper's ideas. And in the first episode, Dipper's book describes zombies as "confused with teenagers, these creatures have bad attitudes and pale skin" all of which fits Robbie. Also, in the van, the roof has "zombies rule" written on it.

Thoughts about Gravity Falls books 1, 2, and 3:

Everyone expects there is a book 1 that someone else has (Gideon 2, Dipper 3). But regardless of that, I can't but help but feel like there is going to be some sort of twist ending. I mean, especially after all of the surprises and strange things in Gravity Falls, who can really tell what's going to happen? If anything, wouldn't it be shocking or surprisingor strange and there would never be a book number 1? At this point, there is no telling. Also I'm pretty sure that everyone thinks there is only a book 1, 2, and 3 and also that there is only one copy of each book. As of there being copies of the book, there is just as good a chance of that happening as there is a chance of it not happening. That same logic plays for the next one too. Once again, I just have a very strange feeling. It just makes me feel like there will be an episode (maybe even the finale) where Dipper discoveries that there aren't 3 books, but many more than that. I really think that's the case here. But once again there is no telling at this point because there have not been many clues and at least not ones that are too important.

Thoughts about codes for episodes 8 and 9:

Unlike all episodes leading up to episodes 8 and 9, the codes are only inside jokes about the episode or things that relates to what happened in the episode. However the codes in episodes 8 and 9 relate to the episode but is not what happened in the episode. In epsiode 8: Irrational Treasure, the code is E. PLURIBUS TREMBLEY. On the one-dollar bill, on the backside there is a circle with an eagle. Surrounding the eagle is a ribbon that reads, 'E. Pluribus Unum'. It's Latin for 'in all one'. In the code, Unum is replaced with Trembley. Moving on to episode 9: Time Traveler's Pig, the code for that episode is NOT H.G. WELLS APPROVED. This can mean at least two things. FIrst of all, H.G. Wells is an author who wrote a book about time travel. This could mean that the definition of this code is either that whatever they are talking about is not approved by H.G. Wells which could mean, for example, that the kind of time travel that happened in the episode is not approved by H.G. Wells or this code could also be like a picture as shown on the right. Not H.G. Wells approved could be transformed to the picture, but that's just another guess. This could mean that H.G. Wells was not approved. Hopefully the clues in the future will make more sense.

Thoughts about Mystery Shack mystery video game:

When I play the Mystery Shack mystery game on Disney.com, I always loved doing the fortune teller. So I was playing that game, and when I went to do the fortune, my fortune was "you will search theme songs for hidden messages". And I was all like "so true.". Anyways, I had already added the theme song hidden secret portion to this website once I had gotten the fortune. One step ahead of you, Gravity Falls!

Thoughts about spoilers found in episodes:

I have noticed that in some episodes, there have been spoilers about what is going to happen later on. For example, in Tourist Trapped, when Dipper is telling Mabel what he thinks about Norman--that he is a zombie--he accidently opened up to a page about gnomes, which is later determined as Norman's true identity. Also, in The Inconveniencing, in the beginning of the episode DIpper asks Mabel if she believes in ghosts. Later in the episode, they encounter ghosts at a haunted convenience store called 'Dusk 2 Dawn'.

Thoughts about quarters:

Have you ever noticed that quarters always lead to secrets in Gravity Falls? I have no idea if it means anything , but I do know that it has happened twice so far. In episode 5, the Inconveniencing, Robbie drops a quarter and discovers the outlines of the dead bodies that eventually release the spirits. Also, in episode 10, Fight Fighters, when Dipper drops a quarter on the ground, he notices the button sequence to make Rumble McSkirmish Come alive. Once again, I am not sure about if this has anything to do with the storyline.

 Thoughts About Halloweentown:

If you have watched Halloweentown, the Disney movie made in 1998, you would agree with me that it is amazing. But have you ever noticed the similarity to Gravity Falls? Hmmm... a strange town with monsters and other wierd things in it... Gravity Falls or Halloweentown? It could be both. But I think that Disney got a little inspiration for Gravity Falls from the first movie, simply titled, Halloweentown. If you take a look at the pictures on the right, you will see the similarity. I don't know if it has anything to do with the storyline of Gravity Falls, but it is very similar.
